General rates for out-of-warranty service from 22.02.2022
If it appears that the repair cannot be carried out under the factory warranty, we apply the following invoicing guidelines.

Rates for IN-HOME out-of-warranty repairs of televisions, washing machines, dryers, fridge and built-in kitchen devices.
Preparation costs: €15 (only if it can be repaired)
Visit costs: €60,50 (only if we came for a home visit)
Depending on the work performed: (repair forfait, only if can be repaired)

Parts (if required)
If it turns out that the repair cannot or may not be carried out, we will charge €39,2 for quotation and investigation costs. Preparation costs and repair forfait will not be charged in this case. If we have been to your home, the visit costs of €60,5 will be charged.
For repairs within the manufacturer's warranty, the costs are claimed from the brand.
Quotation after investigation (in-home)
After investigation, the technician will prepare a quotation for repair. The rates on our quotation may differ from our general rates, depending on the service actually provided. You have 30 days to accept or refuse the quotation.
You accept the quotation: the parts as mentioned on the quotation are ordered. Based on the expected delivery time of the parts, you can schedule a preferred visit date. Our employee will carry out the repair in accordance with the quotation. The total amount must be paid directly on the spot (preferably by bank transfer). If you have already paid the quotation and investigation costs, these will be deducted from the total amount mentioned on the quotation.
You refuse the quotation: the quotation and investigation costs and any visit costs when we did a home visit, must be paid.
Rates for out-of-warranty repairs IN OUR WORKSHOP of small domestic devices (such as coffee machines, irons, hoovers, small microwave ovens, etc.)

After investigation, the technician will prepare a quotation for repair. The rates on our quotation may differ from our general rates, depending on the service actually provided. You have 30 days to accept or refuse the quotation.
You accept the quotation: the parts as mentioned on the quotation are ordered. As soon as we receive the parts, your device will be repaired. If you have already paid the investigation costs, this will be deducted from the total amount stated on the quotation.
You refuse the quotation: You will receive your device after payment of the quotation and investigation costs and any transport costs. If you want to avoid the return transport costs, we will remove the device ourselves.
Preparation costs
Costs for preparing your service request. This includes work preparation, planning, parts supply, etc.
Visit costs
In case of a home visit, you will be charged with visit costs. In order to avoid visit costs, you can bring the device yourself at our service desk.
Pre-indication
A limited number of people can give an indication by phone of the expected repair rates. A complete service request is always required (model and serial number, purchase invoice if compensation from the manufacturer is required, defect description,...) in order to provide an indication. This indication is not binding and is an estimation based on previous repairs and experience.
Service desk
In order to avoid visit/transport costs, you can bring the device to our service desk. You can also send the device to our workshops after pre-notification.
Damage claims
In case of damage upon receipt of the goods, you need to inform us within 24 hours in order to make a claim under the applicable insurance.
Quotation price limit
If the repair costs exceed €75 (excluding transport or travel costs), prior approval will be requested. If the repair price is lower than the quotation price limit, the repair will be completed immediately.
Compensation
In some cases, the manufacturer (after approval) may apply a compensation to the repair price. This compensation is stated separately on the quotation. The compensation can differ per manufacturer and are at the manufacturer's discretion. To apply for compensation, you must always provide us with a valid purchase invoice.
Warranty claim after repair
We charge an administration cost of €20 in case you claim a warranty after the repair has taken place.
Repairs of brands for which Servilux has no repair authorization
When Servilux receives a (defective) device from brands and/or product groups for which we have no repair authorisation from the manufacturer, we will send the non-repaired device back. We will, where appropriate, charge investigation costs and transport costs. Therefore, we advise you to contact us first in case you are not sure if we are authorised to repair your device.
Transport costs
Costs for organising a transport service. Transport costs are charged per route.
Transport costs via drop-off point (for consumers)
We will send you a postlabel via e-mail. You bring the package properly packed for transport to a drop-off point, no transport damage insurance. Servilux cannot be held responsible for damage during transport if the device was not properly packed during the journey to Servilux.
Transport cost per colli (for professionals)
The package is ready for pick up and properly packed for transport during office hours, there is no transport damage insurance. Servilux cannot be held responsible for damage during transport if the device was not properly packed during the journey to Servilux.
Transport costs for workshop service
The device is packed by the customer.

We plan a home visit, provide packaging if not available, take the television off the wall or reconnect it, insurance against damage is included. There is an additional charge of €24,20 on top of the transport costs.
