At Servilux, we collect your personal data by allowing you to use our services and/or because you choose to provide the data to us. These data are managed by our company.
At contact with Servilux we save:
your email address if you enter it in this website;
all information you provided voluntarily (for example contact details and/or feedback regarding the services).
This information is used for the performance of a service requested by you. The data will only be used by Servilux or it’s partners for the performance of their work.
LEGAL BASIS
For the performance of the work we need your personal data. In addition, we have a legitimate interest to our customers from a marketing point of contact regarding actions, novelties or other relevant information.
SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES
Servilux will not provide your information to third parties and will only provide if needed for the performance of our services or to comply with a legal obligation.

Servilux takes the protection of personal data seriously and will take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
When we receive your data, we always use the coding technologies that are acknowledged as the current standards within the IT-sector. We have taken the necessary safety measures in order to prevent the loss, the unauthorised use or the alteration of information we receive. If we receive or transfer certain critical information, such as financial information, we use a secure server.
DURATION FOR STORAGE OF DATA
Servilux will save your personal information no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your information was collected. All personal information is kept until 5 years after the last contact, regulatory information will be kept for 10 years.
RIGHTS
You have the right of access to or correction of your personal data. You have the right to correct, delete or to prohibit its use of incorrect information, this is free of charge. You can address your request for access, correction or opposition to us via the GDPR contact form of this website. Within 30 days our DPO (Data Protection Officer) will contact you and will provide you with an answer.
At all times you can formulate a complaint to the Privacy Commission if you believe that we are handled incorrectly with your personal data.
