SERVICE IN THE WORKSHOP

There are 3 ways to get your device at Servilux

1. Via transportservice

Register your request here.

  • You will make sure that the model and serial number have been provided completely and correctly.
  • You indicate that the device is ready for collection.

We will arrange a date that suits you best. On the agreed date, one of our logistics partners will pick up the device.

The defect will be analysed by our specialist. After repair, the device is returned via the transport service. (Pricing can be found here)

2. Via drop-off-point

Register your request here.

  • You will make sure that the model and serial number have been provided completely and correctly.
  • You indicate that you are sending the device via postal point.

We will send you a postlabel via e-mail which you will have to confirm on the package. You pack the defective device carefully for transport and attach the postlabel to it. You take the device to a drop-off point.

The defect will be analysed by our specialist. After repair, the device will be returned via the transport service to the address provided by you. If you are not at home, you can pick it up at a local pickup point. (Pricing can be found here)

3. Hand it over yourself at our service desk

Register your request here.

  • You will make sure that the model and serial number have been provided completely and correctly.

You bring your appliance to our service desk yourself (packing is not necessary). Report the SORD reference you received to the receptionist.

The defect will be analysed by our specialist. After repair you will be notified and you can come back to pick up your device. (Pricing can be found here)

TIP: If you do not have a box or packaging to transport the device. Please contact the seller of the device, they will help you.
