When the appliance is built-in, the product sticker is located on the inside of the appliance.
In the case of a free-standing microwave oven, the product sticker is located on the back of the appliance.

Why is the product sticker so important?
- With the product sticker we know exactly which device it is.
- Information such as model, serial number and version number can be found on the product sticker. These are necessary in order to order the correct parts from the supplier.
- If there is no product sticker on the appliance, no warranty can be claimed from the manufacturer.
