The product sticker is located underneath your device.

As most cookers are built in, you won't be able to see the sticker with the serial number after the appliance has been installed. This is why the serial numbers are on the product packaging and the user manual.

Why is the product sticker so important?

With the product sticker we know exactly which device it is.
Information such as model, serial number and version number can be found on the product sticker. These are necessary in order to order the correct parts from the supplier.
If there is no product sticker on the appliance, no warranty can be claimed from the manufacturer.
