PREPARATION HOME VISIT

1. ON ARRIVAL

  • If parking in the neighborhood is difficult, please give us a parking tip in advance.

  • Sometimes a visit to a previous customer can take longer, if something happens our employee will contact you in advance.

  • If you live in an apartment, please be sure to let us know which bus number or name is on the doorbell, which floor it is on and if there is an elevator.

2. AT THE FIRST CONTACT INSIDE

  • Shoes may not be taken off by our employee for safety reasons, our employee does have shoe covers.

  • Make sure there is someone present who can clearly show/describe the defect on the appliance.

  • We would like to see if you still have a warranty, can you prepare the right documents for this? Invoice (proof of purchase) is required for the manufacturer's warranty. If the correct documents are not available, then our employee will have to charge you for the home visit.

  • If you are a business customer, please report this immediately in connection with payments or invoicing, VAT number, etc.

3. DURING THE VISIT

  • Please keep your pet, no matter how sweet, away from our employee.

  • Please do not leave appliances stacked on top of each other!

  • Our employee comes alone and sometimes needs a helping hand (e.g. lift a TV).

  • Leave the appliance connected, keep the workplace free, the appliance accessible, and make sure that the built-in appliance can easily be detached without causing damage (e.g.: silicone, tiles, kitchen skirting boards, etc.).

  • If our employee comes by for a washing machine, as a precaution, it is best to prepare a mop and bucket.

  • A blanket or towel, a free table where the appliance can be placed, can sometimes be used by our employee.

4. AFTERWARDS

  • If something is not clear to you about the visit, please ask our employee!

  • Payments in the Netherlands can only be made by PIN.
