Servilux in times of Corona

In order to prevent the spread of the Corona virus and to protect high-risk groups, we take the following precautions within Servilux:

    • We have stepped up hygiene measures in our company.

    • Home repairs are carried out where possible, in accordance with the rules of social distancing.

    • Our staff washes hands on a regular basis and uses a disinfectant gel.

    • Our employees are provided with gloves and mouth masks.

    • We insist that our staff remain at home with the slightest symptoms.

    • Meetings are held maximally online with both employees and suppliers.

    • Technicians who visit customers continuously assess the risks of possible contamination, they communicate with the customer about this, when in doubt they choose to reschedule the appointment.

    • We ask, if the repair is out of warranty, to use a "direct transfer" as payment method at the time of the home visit. Cash payments are not accepted and PIN payments are avoided as much as possible.

    • We ask the customer to leave the technician alone in the room as much as possible.

    • We ask the customer to estimate the situation for himself and, if necessary, to move the home visit to a later date.

We will do everything we can to protect our contacts in our professional environment and to minimize the impact of the virus on people and the company.

We adapt to the measures taken by the government. Our motto of optimal service comes up against challenges during the corona crisis, but it goes without saying that health comes first and we behave accordingly. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience during this period.
